Job summary

Adecco India seeks an experienced legal professional to lead the contracts function, overseeing all commercial contracting activities. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements including commercial, vendor, joint venture, service, lease and loan documents.

• Lead the Contracts function and oversee management of all commercial contracting activities for the organization.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements, including commercial contracts, bilateral and tripartite agreements, vendor agreements, joint venture agreements, service agreements, lease and sale agreements, and loan documentation.
• Provide legal support and guidance to various business functions on operational matters, including HR, real estate (lease agreements and title due diligence), facilities management (agreements with property managers, contractors, and architects), and administration (transportation, catering, and other service arrangements).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve a broad spectrum of commercial and legal issues.
• Monitor contractual obligations and proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks arising from deviations, non-compliance, or contractual breaches.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements across business operations.
