Job summary

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, leases, leave and license agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, SaaS/tech agreements, NDAs, SLAs, professional services agreements, licensing agreements, and amendments.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams based on facts and supporting documents, ensuring timely advice aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external counsel and support litigation and dispute matters.

• Provide timely legal guidance to internal stakeholders based on facts and supporting documents.
• Support distribution channels and customer journey structuring for contracts/agreements; coordinate with external counsel.

Job description

• Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare standard templates, Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, SaaS and technology agreements, NDAs, SLAs, professional services agreements, licensing agreements, and amendments.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Implementation of Contract Management Portal, Establish and maintain templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows to accelerate contracting and reduce legal risk.
• Review and vetting of the HR and License Agreement, drafting of formal communications to be addressed to the Landlord and advising the concerned team with legal opinion and associated legal implications.
• Providing legal Advice to internal stake holders based on facts and supporting documents ensuring timely guidance aligned with legal, regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Provide guidance to internal teams for handling disputed cases, high risk or sensitive claims
• Maintain litigation tracker, case summaries and necessary records.
• Support distribution channels and customer journey structuring for contracts/agreements.
• Coordinate with external counsel and assist in litigation and dispute matters.
• Conduct legal training and awareness sessions for internal teams.
• Contribute to policy updates, SOPs, and governance improvements.
