Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Client Servicing will act as the strategic bridge between our corporate clients and internal teams to deliver world-class brand activations in Ahmedabad and the wider Gujarat region. You will deeply understand client brands, lead high-stakes pitch winning concept presentations, and orchestrate seamless end-to-end project execution while maintaining strict process adherence and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Brief Understanding

• Deconstruct Briefs: Deeply analyze client requirements, core brand identity, and task objectives to establish clear project directions.


• Market Awareness: Leverage robust brand knowledge and regional market trends to position Wizcraft as a cutting-edge industry leader.

2. Client Relationship & Focus

• Service Responsiveness: Act as the primary, agile point of contact, ensuring prompt communication and exceptional client support.


• Relationship Building: Establish long-term trust with key regional corporate clients and stakeholders to unlock organic account growth.

3. Pitching & Concept Creation

• Strategic Ideation: Brainstorm and design experiential strategies tailored to diverse brand portfolios.


• Pitch-Winning Presentations: Build and present compelling, high-impact concept decks that secure new regional business.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delegation

• Internal Brief Translation: Clearly convert client needs into actionable briefs for creative, technical, and operational teams.

5. Project Management & Execution

• Competencies: Proven track record of winning pitches, excellent storytelling capabilities, strong command over live activation logistics, and a solid understanding of the Gujarat corporate market landscape. Proficiency in Gujarati is Mandatory.
