Job summary

Krazy Bee Services is seeking a seasoned operations lead for end-to-end business loan processes in Bengaluru. The role focuses on SME/MSME lending, underwriting coordination, and hands-on team leadership to drive timely disbursal and compliant operations.

You will implement automation with LOS/LMS, optimize TAT, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and regulatory adherence. Prior experience in fintech-enabled loan operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Business Loan Operations or related field (SME Lending/MSME Lending).
• Strong understanding of fintech operations, loan processing, disbursement, underwriting coordination, team management, and process automation.
• Proven track record in optimizing turnaround times (TAT) using workflow management software and related tools.
