V3 Staffing in Bangalore (Work from office) is seeking a Senior Manager / AGM for the central Brand and Communications team. You will own brand communication end to end and lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social for customers, partners and employees.

You will drive storytelling, oversee internal and external communications, and guide creative and media agencies to ensure consistency of voice and visuals across all touchpoints.

Qualifikationen

• 9–12 years in brand, marketing communications or integrated marketing.
• 3–4 years leading large-scale brand campaigns end to end.
• Central brand team experience, handling internal and external communication.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager / AGM for the central Brand and Communications team. You will own brand communication end to end and lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social, for customers, partners and employees.

What You Will Do

• Plan and run 360° brand campaigns from strategy to execution across ATL, BTL, digital and social.
• Keep brand voice, visual identity and messaging consistent across all channels.
• Write and shape brand stories for customers, partners and employees.
• Drive social media content and creative campaigns with the digital team.
• Manage creative, media and social agencies on timelines and budgets.
• Lead internal communication with HR and leadership for launches, initiatives and culture programs.
• Set campaign KPIs, track performance and use brand health insights to improve.

What We Are Looking For

• 9 to 12 years in brand, marketing communications or integrated marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years leading large-scale brand campaigns end to end.
• Experience in a central brand team, handling both internal and external communication.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and creative judgement.
• Hands-on with social media content and digital campaigns, with awareness work that goes beyond digital.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• MBA from a reputed B-School preferred.

Good to Have

• Media planning knowledge
• Using AI tools beyond basic copywriting and image generation
• B2B, SaaS or tech brand experience
