Job summary

Runwal Group in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Planning to lead planning for residential and commercial real estate. You will prepare schedules, master plans, and construction timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with design, execution, procurement and MEP teams.

The role requires 12-15 years of planning experience, BE/B.Tech in Civil, and strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 12-15 years of planning experience in real estate/construction.
• Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare project schedules, master plans, and detailed construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
• Coordinate with project, design, execution, procurement, and MEP teams.
• Prepare and review project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Conduct critical path analysis and prepare recovery plans.
• Monitor resource planning, project milestones, and construction activities.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and MIS for management.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within defined timelines.
• Identify project risks and suggest corrective actions.
