Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and manage budgets and maintenance staff.
• Plan, coordinate and direct maintenance operations for smooth plant functioning.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare timely reports.

JOB PURPOSE

Drive the implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule to Minimize Down time Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of Machinery Viz.- Press shop, Butt welding, Roll formers etc. Industrial Hydraulics with proven troubleshooting expertise. Able to manage day to day employee relation activities of team , ensure smooth plant operations and a happy , motivated and engaged workforce in conjunction with Plant Head.

Overseeing all maintenance & repair activities within the plant Planning , Coordinating and directing maintenance operations.

• Manage budgets, Supervision of maintenance staff & implement preventive maintenance schedule to minimize down time

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations , legal requirements and company policies.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 20 to 25 years of experience in Manufacturing Plant of Sheet metal, Welding industries. Preferably from Automobile in a manufacturing set up where Robots are in use.


• Strong exposure to preventive and breakdown maintenance with sound technical knowledge of mechanical & electrical.


• Project execution and team mentoring


• Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and audit readiness
