Job summary

Destinationhr in Kolkata seeks a Manager/Sr. Manager Perfumery to lead the fragrance team and drive end-to-end fragrance development across Skin Care, Hair Care, Deodorants and Personal Care products.

You will oversee fragrance evaluation, collaborate with fragrance houses, manage quality, regulatory compliance, and cost optimisation, and steer fragrance innovation and launches with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Fragrance/Perfumery industry, preferably with MNCs or leading fragrance houses.
• Hands-on expertise in Fragrance Evaluation and Perfume Development.
• Understanding of fragrance notes, sensory evaluation and personal care formulations.
• Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
