• Prepare application samples for fragrance evaluation and development activities.
• Coordinate fragrance assessment sessions, including sample management, scheduling, and documentation of evaluation results.
• Track fragrance submissions and development status from fragrance houses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the dispatch of unfragranced bases to fragrance houses for fragrance creation and optimisation, and follow up on submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of fragrance briefs, submissions, evaluation results, and project trackers.
• Support the day-to-day execution of fragrance development projects to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare application samples for fragrance evaluation and development activities.

Coordinate fragrance assessment sessions, including sample management, scheduling, and documentation of evaluation results.

Track fragrance submissions and development status from fragrance houses throughout the project lifecycle.
