Qualification: CA / MBA Finance (Tier-1 institute preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to partner with senior leadership on financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plans (AOP), forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP).
• Drive monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews.
• Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and cost optimization.
• Partner with senior management to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop management reports and executive presentations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• CA / MBA Finance, preferably from a Tier-1 institute.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle, HFM, or Hyperion.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Power BI knowledge and project management experience are preferred.
