Sigma Allied Services is hiring an experienced Finance Business Partnering (FBP)/FP&A professional for a full-time role in Gurugram. The candidate will go beyond reporting to provide actionable financial insights and partner with multiple business stakeholders to drive profits.

We expect 8–20+ years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• 8–20+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L and business performance analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to supply chain/retail/CPG/ FMCG is pleasant to have.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to drive financial performance and support decision-making.
• Manage and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse P&L, revenue, cost, margin and profitability.
• Perform variance analysis and identify underlying business drivers.
• Translate financial analysis into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, margin improvement and profitability enhancement.
• Support financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Monitor business KPIs, risks and performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Commercial stakeholders.

We are hiring experienced Finance Business Partnering (FBP) / FP&A professionals for a full-time opportunity with a leading MNC in Gurugram.

We are looking for finance professionals who can go beyond reporting numbers and use financial analysis to understand business drivers, identify risks/opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.

Shift: Rotational Shifts Candidates should be flexible and comfortable working in Night Shifts as per business requirements.

• Ability to identify the why behind financial performance and recommend appropriate business actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience in financial modelling, profitability analysis or scenario analysis will be preferred.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Finance / FMCG / CPG / Retail / eCommerce / Manufacturing / Logistics / Corporate FP&A will be an advantage.

Important: This is not a pure MIS, dashboard, accounting or routine reporting role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate how financial analysis has been used to influence business decisions, improve profitability, optimise costs or identify risks and opportunities.
