Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior FP&A professional with 10–15 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L ownership and business partnering. CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred. Gurgaon is the base with WFO and US shift.

The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, and candour in partnering with business units to drive profitability.

Qualifications

10–16 years of FP&A experience with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Experience in cash flow and working capital management; P&L ownership and business partnering preferred.
