Location: Porvorim, Goa and Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. Work From Office, 6:30 pm–3:30 am. 6+ years experience; Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/MBA/CFA/CPA preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling, Power Query, PivotTables, Complex Formulas)
• Experience building integrated three-statement financial models.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar FP&A/ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and headcount planning.
• Develop scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business case models.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Improve FP&A processes through automation, standardization, and system enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and scripting to accelerate financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)

Budget: upto 22 LPA

Key Responsibilities
