Job summary

Vivriti Next Limited (VNL) is seeking an Associate in the Capital Markets team to drive distribution of fixed income products, bonds, and structured credit opportunities across wealth platforms and institutional investors. You will work with Originations and Credit teams to expand investor coverage and facilitate primary issuances.

The role requires 5–8 years in fixed income sales with solid knowledge of bonds, NCDs, and other debt instruments, plus strong communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• CA/CFA/MBA from a reputed B-school and 5–8 years of experience in fixed income sales, bond distribution, wealth distribution, capital markets, treasury sales, or institutional sales.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products including bonds, NCDs, and other debt instruments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Existing relationships with IFAs, distributors, wealth outfits, family offices, or institutional investors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines, investor logs, and MIS reports for leadership review.
• Engage with industry peers by attending seminars and conferences.

The Role

Vivriti Next Limited (VNL) is hiring an Associate in the Capital Markets team to drive distribution of fixed income products, bonds, and structured credit opportunities across wealth platforms, IFAs, distributors, family offices and institutional investors. The role will work closely with the Originations and Credit teams to expand investor coverage, facilitate primary issuances, and deepen investor engagement. This role is part of the Capital Markets team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive investor distribution: Market and distribute fixed income products, bonds, NCDs, securitization transactions, and other capital market instruments to distributors, wealth managers, IFAs, MFDs, family offices, and institutional investors.


• Build investor relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across investor networks to drive transaction participation and repeat investments.


• Expand investor coverage: Identify and onboard new investors and distribution partners to broaden the investor base for Vivriti's capital market offerings.


• Manage investor communication: Effectively communicate transaction highlights, credit strengths, structure features, returns, and risk considerations to prospective investors.


• Support deal execution: Coordinate with internal Business, Credit, Legal and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and closure of transactions.


• Track investor appetite: Maintain a comprehensive database of investor preferences, investment mandates, target yields, sector focus, ticket sizes, and historical participation across transactions.


• Facilitate fund raising: Work closely with the Capital Markets team to achieve placement targets and ensure successful subscription of bond issuances and other fixed income transactions.


• Monitor market developments: Keep track of interest rate movements, credit market developments, competitive issuances, and investor sentiment to support fund‑raising strategies.


• Pipeline and MIS management: Maintain transaction pipelines, investor interaction logs, placement trackers, and periodic MIS reports for management review.


• Industry engagement: Attend seminars, webinars, and conferences to deepen industry connect.

Mandatory attributes

• Education: CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed B-school; 5-8 years of experience in fixed income sales, bond distribution, wealth distribution, capital markets, treasury sales, or institutional sales.


• Expertise: Strong knowledge of fixed income products including bonds, NCDs, and other debt capital market instruments.


• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.


• Skills: Ability to manage multiple transaction simultaneously; High attention to detail and accuracy; Willingness to develop relationships with investors.


• Experience: Existing relationships with IFAs, distributors, wealth outfits, family offices, private banks, or institutional investors would be preferred.
