Job summary

Vivriti AMC is seeking an Investment Analyst – Credit to support the investment team in portfolio deployment, monitoring and research for thematic debt funds. You will perform due diligence, credit assessments, and IC note preparation, while structuring financial data and engaging with borrowers in field-level diligence.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, strong modelling skills, and exposure to sectors like agri, FMCG supply chains, chemicals, and related industries.

Qualifications

• CA / CFA / MBA (preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in credit, lending, rating, or transaction advisory.
• Strong exposure to sectors like agri, food processing, FMCG-linked supply chains, chemicals, or allied industries.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel-based analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of credit assessment and financial statement analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment due diligence, credit assessment, and IC note preparation.
• Structure and analyze financial and sectoral data from borrowers.
• Lead or participate in management meetings and field-level diligence.
• Monitor portfolios and identify early warning signals.
• Prepare for investment committee reporting and portfolio rebalancing inputs.
