Job summary

People Pro Consulting invites applications for the role of Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial Reporting. The incumbent will lead group reporting, consolidate financials under Ind AS, and drive intercompany reconciliations across multi-entity setups.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with about 10 years of post-qualification experience, with strong Ind AS knowledge and exposure to manufacturing sectors. SAP FICO skills and process automation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CA with strong consolidation and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/electronics/automotive/consumer durables preferred.
• 10 years post-qualification experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and group reporting under Ind AS.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and Schedule III.
• Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and multi-entity consolidation.
• Manage month-end/year-end closing and plant-wise balance sheet reviews.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
• Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, CARO and applicable Ind AS.
• Drive process improvement and automation using SAP FICO / consolidation tools.
