Avaada Group in India is seeking an experienced Project Finance professional to oversee end-to-end funding for renewable energy ventures.

You will coordinate fund-raising, manage banking relations, perform financial analysis, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in project finance and renewable energy preferred.
• Proven fund-raising and banking relationship experience.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end project financing: fund raising, closures, disbursement coord., and fund management.
• Lead fund-raising incl. rupee/FC loans, equity, and other financing instruments.
• Manage debt/equity raises; liaise with banks/financial institutions.
• Drive funding tie-ups and financial closure up to disbursement.
• Review loan agreements, monitor cash flows, IRRs, DSCRs, and profitability.
• Oversee project and working capital financing with strong controls and compliance.

ROLE

• Manage end-to-end project financing activities, including fund raising, financial closures, disbursement coordination, and fund management.
• Lead fund-raising initiatives including rupee and foreign currency loans, equity, and other financing instruments.
• Manage debt/equity raising, financial closures, and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
• Drive all activities related to funding tie‑ups and financial closure up to the disbursement stage.
• Review loan agreements, monitor investments/divestments, prepare and analyze cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, payback periods, DSCRs, and other key project financial metrics.
• Manage project and working capital financing requirements, ensuring sound financial controls and compliance with organizational standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Finance, preferably within the Renewable Energy sector.
• Proven experience in fund raising, financial closure, and banking relations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
