Job summary

GMR Group seeks a Manager - Finance Renewables to support financing initiatives for the renewable portfolio, manage compliance on existing facilities, and handle lender relations. Ideal candidates have CA or MBA in finance and about 8 years of experience in power, infrastructure, manufacturing, or consulting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, legal, technical) for documentation.
• Monitor and renew working capital facilities and sanctions.
• Prepare CMA data and assist in working capital proposals.

Liaison with lenders/Financial institutions for arranging finance for projects. Support business team for undertaking various business/cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Transaction Support in Financial Modelling , Business Analysis, Preparation of Business Cases/Presentations /IM for prospective lenders
• FC for multiple projects under Renewable Business
• Initiate discussion with prospective lenders for potential financing opportunities

• Assistance in external credit rating from Rating Agencies

• Interactions with Legal Counsels for drafting of Financing Documents
• BBB & above
• Preparation of Working Capital Proposals , i.e. CMA Data , assessment & renewal of working capital facilities

Dealing with external stakeholders including PSU & private banks, legal counsel, consultants, credit rating agencies, private funds, financial institutions, etc

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Dealing with internal stakeholders including Accounts team, PPA team, technical team, legal team and other relevant counterparts

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Managing existing borrowings of up to Rs.1000 cr and fresh fund raising of Rs.1000-2000 cr

• Managing multiple lenders for project finance/WC finance

Education Qualifications
