Job summary

Blupine Energy Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Junior to Mid-Level Project Finance professional in the Finance department to drive financial modelling, due diligence, and lender coordination for renewable energy projects.

You will prepare cash flow projections, IRR/DSCR analyses, debt structuring, and assist in securing project financing and financial closures while ensuring compliance and timely documentation across solar, wind, and hybrid projects.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 3-10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models, information memorandums, and project reports for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, C&I, utility-scale).
• Conduct detailed financial analysis including cash flows, IRR, DSCR, and debt structuring.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for project financing and closure.
• Manage debt documentation processes including sanction letters, loan agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Support due diligence by providing financial data, project details, and risk assessments.
• Assist in securing project financing and ensure timely financial closures.
• Monitor project financing conditions and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
• Handle pre- and post-disbursement activities including documentation and site coordination.
• Participate in negotiations with lenders to achieve optimal financing terms.
