Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transaction support in financial modelling, business analysis, and preparation of proposals for prospective lenders.
• Initiate discussions with prospective lenders for financing opportunities.
• Assist in external credit rating from Rating Agencies.
• Interact with legal counsels for drafting financing documents.
• Prepare working capital proposals and renew working capital facilities.

JOB PURPOSE

The Manager - Finance Renewables will be generally responsible for supporting any financing initiatives in renewable energy business including management of all compliance related issues of the existing financing facilities, managing external CRA s for credit ratings and managing current banking relationships. Liaison with lenders/Financial institutions for arranging finance for projects. Support business team for undertaking various business/cost-benefit analysis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities

• Transaction Support in Financial Modelling , Business Analysis, Preparation of Business Cases/Presentations /IM for prospective lenders
• Initiate discussion with prospective lenders for potential financing opportunities
• Assistance in external credit rating from Rating Agencies
• Interactions with Legal Counsels for drafting of Financing Documents
• Preparation of Working Capital Proposals , i.e. CMA Data , assessment & renewal of working capital facilities

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Managing existing borrowings of up to Rs.1000 cr and fresh fund raising of Rs.1000-2000 cr
