Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Senior Mainframe Observability & Diagnostics Engineer to provide deep, customer-facing technical expertise for Dynatrace Mainframe environments, bridging z/OS with modern observability. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, analyze dumps and traces, and guide customers through complex multi-system deployments.

• Hands-on experience supporting IBM z/OS in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of CICS or IMS and related transactions.
• Proficiency with JCL, ISPF, SDSF and core z/OS tools.
• Familiarity with DB2 for z/OS, MQ, and CTG/SOAP/z/OS Connect.
• Ability to capture, interpret, and analyze dumps and traces.

# Senior Mainframe Observability & Diagnostics Engineer## **Your role at Dynatrace**Provide deep, customer-facing technical expertise for Dynatrace Mainframe environments, bridging classic z/OS platforms with modern distributed and cloud-native observability.
