EPAM Systems, Inc. in Chennai is seeking an experienced Lead/SRE Engineer with strong Dynatrace expertise to join our team.

You will drive DevOps and SRE practices across production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and observability while partnering with application teams and product owners. You will design, develop, and manage monitoring using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana, define SLIs/SLOs, and drive CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/DevOps or SRE experience with production systems.
• Strong Dynatrace and Splunk expertise and observability focus.

In this role, you will drive the implementation of DevOps and SRE practices, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure the reliability, performance, and observability of our production systems.
