Job summary

BramhaCorp Ltd. in Pune seeks a senior legal professional to manage litigation (RERA, consumer) and oversee dispute resolution, land due diligence, and JV support, including drafting and reviewing contracts with external consultants.

You will also oversee society formation, registrations, and provide advisory on property transfers, housing loans, stamp duty, and related matters, leveraging deep knowledge of Maharashtra land laws and RERA.

Qualifications

• LLB with 12+ years PQE in litigation & real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws & RERA.
• Expertise in contract drafting & negotiation.
