Job summary

Prime Homes Services Bangalore is seeking a Legal Counsel Real Estate with 10+ years of experience to own all legal matters across real estate projects in Bengaluru.

You will manage land/title due diligence, draft and negotiate development agreements, oversee RERA, and handle disputes with external counsel. The role requires hands-on, commercially sharp leadership and the ability to coordinate with MD/CFO and project teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong real estate/developer-side legal experience.
• Expertise in land titles, JDA/JV transactions, RERA, contracts, and litigation.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
• Strong commercial judgement, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Fluent in Kannada (read, talk, write).

Responsibilities

• Own land/title due diligence, acquisitions, and property documentation.
• Draft and negotiate JDA, JV, Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, and landowner agreements.
• Manage RERA, approvals, regulatory compliance, and project legal matters.
• Handle litigation, disputes, arbitration, and external counsel.
• Review and negotiate construction, vendor, consultant, and customer contracts.
• Identify legal risks early and provide clear, commercially practical solutions.
• Work directly with MD/CFO/project teams, landowners, authorities, and external lawyers.
• Ensure timely closure and zero avoidable legal exposure.
