Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited invites applications for a hardware engineering role focused on low-power SoC design. You will lead SoC Power tasks, develop UPF/CPF work with IPs, and perform power analysis across PD stages using PTPX.

A strong background in UPF and low-power techniques is essential. The role requires 3–8 years of hardware engineering experience, with degrees ranging from Bachelor’s to PhD in CS/EE/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Elect Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SoC Power tasks.
• Develop UPF/CPF working with IPs for the SoC.
• Perform power analysis and recovery on clocktree/netlists during PD stages.
• Conduct Static/Dynamic Power analysis using PTPX.
• Develop isolation strategies for low power.
• Design multi-power rail based Power architecture.
