Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Lead, Quality Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on SFCC experience to shape QA strategy for commerce platforms. You will design test plans, build automated suites for SFRA and SOM, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.

You will also configure Einstein for Commerce, perform load tests, troubleshoot complex integrations, and mentor junior engineers to raise QA maturity across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies.
• Lead QA strategies for SFCC with strong test coverage and delivery quality.
• Hands-on work with SFRA and SOM modules; configure Einstein for Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of quality assurance strategies for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, ensuring robust test coverage and high-quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for SFRA and SOM modules, leveraging industry best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define acceptance criteria, resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement in release cycles
• Configure and validate Einstein for Commerce features to ensure predictive recommendations and personalization function as intended
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SFCC integrations, APIs, and customizations, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions
• Implement performance and load testing for commerce applications to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal user experience
• Monitor and analyze test results, metrics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process enhancements
• Mentor junior quality engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and adherence to best practices within the QA team

• Hands-on experience with SFRA (Salesforce Reference Architecture)
• Expertise in SOM (Salesforce Order Management)
• Experience configuring and validating Einstein for Commerce
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or WebdriverIO
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
• Experience designing and implementing automated test cases for complex e-commerce workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA process integration
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting SFCC customizations and integrations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headless commerce architectures and integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for custom test automation
• Knowledge of cloud deployment environments such as AWS or Azure for SFCC
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes in large-scale projects
• Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or related Salesforce platforms
