Job summary

Merkle in Bengaluru, India is seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead testing across Salesforce Commerce Cloud-based initiatives. You will define strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality benchmarks are met throughout release cycles.

The ideal candidate has extensive SFCC QA experience, hands-on use of Business Manager tools, and strong communication to stakeholders. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru and geared toward robust e-commerce testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a QA role.
• Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce user journeys and buying flows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiar with test management tools: JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail.

Responsibilities

• QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into quality benchmarks.
• Review and optimize test cases to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts.
• Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines.
• Participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein.
• Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with different viewport executions.
