Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a specialist to own production analytics platforms, ensuring governance of incidents, changes, access, capacity and cost. The role focuses on AI-assisted analytics and secure access management in regulated environments.

You will collaborate using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow, and drive CI/CD and release governance for BI environments, delivering reliable analytics services with audit readiness and strong security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience owning production analytics platforms and governing incidents, changes, access and cost.
• Experience in AI-assisted analytics and NLP-enabled analytics governance.
• Experience in regulated environments with approvals and access reviews.
• Understanding incident, service-request, problem and change-management for BI operations.
• Knowledge of platform governance, access controls, monitoring and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own production analytics platforms governance including incident, change, access, capacity and cost.
• Enable and govern AI-assisted / natural-language analytics.
• Manage access provisioning, security changes, SPICE capacity and refresh failures, platform incidents and user queries within SLAs.
• Follow incident, service-request, problem and change-management processes for BI platform operations.
• Maintain governance, access controls, monitoring and audit readiness.
• Collaborate using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow or similar tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience owning production analytics platforms - incident, change, access, capacity and cost governance.

• Experience enabling and governing AI-assisted / natural-language analytics.
• Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews), setting standards and providing technical leadership.
• Ability to manage access provisioning, security changes, SPICE capacity and refresh failures, platform incidents and user queries within agreed service levels.
• Understanding of incident, service-request, problem, and change-management processes for BI platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of platform governance - access controls, security policies, usage and capacity monitoring, cost governance and audit readiness.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and support-management tools.
• Key technical skills:
  • Amazon QuickSight administration - SPICE, row-/column-level security, SSO and namespaces.
  • Amazon Bedrock / QuickSight Q for AI-assisted and natural-language analytics.
  • CI/CD and release governance.
  • Monitoring, alerting and incident management for production BI environments.
