Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions in Kerala seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge Technology and business units. You will gather requirements, define scope, and recommend process or technology improvements. You will also analyze data, support decision making, and coach junior staff.

Prepare clear documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and insurance industry needs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas.
• Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives.
• Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Specializes in the evaluation of business problems and potential for automated solutions.
• Assists in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements.
• Executes unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs.
• Analyzes business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide business and IT leaders insights to support decision making.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address business partners needs.
• Career: Applies advanced knowledge of sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Responsibilities may include: Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
• Facing IT function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
