Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. in India seeks a Knowledge-Graph and Ontology Specialist to lead KG validation and SPARQL remediation in collaboration with the client’s knowledge-graph SME.

You will document gaps, support field alignment for ongoing releases, and contribute ontology design for Graph RAG work; requires 6+ years in KG engineering, hands-on SPARQL, and a CS degree (B.Tech/M.Tech). Experience with Stardog or similar graph databases is preferred to implement scalable ontology-driven

Job Overview

Role summary

Serves as Milestone's KG and ontology specialist, leading KG validation and SPARQL remediation in collaboration with the client's designated knowledge-graph subject-matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-graph validation and SPARQL remediation in collaboration with the client's designated knowledge-graph subject-matter expert
• Document gaps in the operational knowledge graph
• Support field alignment for an ongoing release
• Provide ontology-design input to Graph RAG work

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years knowledge-graph engineering / SME experience
• Hands-on SPARQL and graph-database experience (Stardog or equivalent)
• Ontology design experience
• Experience running structured SME elicitation sessions with client-side counterparts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running two or more structured SME sessions per sprint with a client-side SME counterpart
• Experience triaging and routing externally-owned defects back to their source

Education

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, with deep, demonstrated expertise in ontology design and graph databases; formal certification not mandatory.
