You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, build scalable back‑end services, and develop RESTful APIs while ensuring security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 9–14 years of experience in the software industry, including strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in the banking industry and a solid understanding of banking applications, financial systems, and enterprise‑grade software development.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will collaborate with architects, product managers, business analysts, and cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver reliable software solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. The candidate should possess strong problem‑solving abilities, a sound understanding of software engineering principles, and the ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.

• Build robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Leverage AWS services to develop, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based applications.

• Apply banking domain knowledge to develop and enhance applications supporting financial services, banking operations, and transaction processing.

Must-Have Skills

• Java: Strong hands‑on experience in Java programming, object‑oriented design, data structures, and enterprise application development.

• Banking Domain: Mandatory experience working in the banking industry, with an understanding of banking applications, financial workflows, and transaction‑oriented systems.

• AWS: Strong experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Software Engineering: Excellent knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, application security, and software development best practices.

• Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot for developing enterprise‑grade applications and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and service‑oriented design.
