Job summary

Agiliad in Pune is seeking a Backend Java Developer with strong Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices experience to design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend systems.

You will develop REST APIs, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, and participate in code reviews, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes, plus Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Basic understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Hibernate/JPA or similar ORM.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Basic understanding of unit testing using JUnit/Mockito.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
