Job summary

Randomtrees in Hyderabad/Chennai hybrid mode is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Java to lead a team delivering scalable microservices. You will architect, implement, and optimize services using Java and Spring, coordinating with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA for reliable releases.

Responsibilities include building microservices, managing AWS EKS deployments, Kafka-based event streams, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams
• Design and build scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks
• Manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS: deployments, services, ingress, namespaces
• Develop and deploy Apigee Proxies for Microservices.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka
• Build serverless components using AWS Lambda where appropriate, integrated with EKS-based services
• Design CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments ( Jenkins, GitLab CI) including GitOps practices
