Job summary

Invisia Software Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Support L2 to manage IT infrastructure, security, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud administration.

You will support enterprise IT operations, ensure high availability and compliance, configure firewalls and network services, manage endpoints, and collaborate with vendors to maintain SLA‑driven IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
• Manage onboarding/onboarding, user provisioning, access control, and endpoint management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage JumpCloud, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MFA, SSO, and Group Policies.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, routing, NAT, IPS/IDS, and network security.
• Monitor and manage CrowdStrike XDR/EDR, endpoint protection, DLP, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, Security Groups, backups, and access management.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, DR plans, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors/ISPs and ensure SLA‑driven IT operations.

Additional Requirements

Willing to work onsite and support critical incidents when required.

Ability to multitask in a lean IT team environment with strong ownership and proactive approach.
