The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for product companies or technology startups and possess excellent stakeholder management, sourcing, and recruitment strategy skills.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to attract and hire top technology talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche and critical technology positions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, Delivery Managers, and Business Heads.
