Macsen Laboratories is seeking a Senior IT Executive to lead and maintain IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, Windows servers, data storage, and cybersecurity. You will ensure system availability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical IT needs.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support ~100 users, coordinate with vendors, and drive documentation, policies, and preventive maintenance to strengthen IT resilience across the organization.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and GPO.
• Hands-on networking with switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with CSV, GxP, and data integrity in pharma.
• Excellent documentation and incident handling.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including network systems, Windows servers, data storage, cybersecurity, and end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, data security, system reliability, and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical industry IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain switches, PoE switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and overall network connectivity.
• Server Administration: Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, domain controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and domain-related services.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure supporting approximately 100 users, ensuring system availability and operational efficiency.
• Data Backup and Disaster Recovery: Manage NAS storage, backup schedules, data restoration, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Cybersecurity and Access Control: Implement security measures, manage user accounts and permissions, and safeguard organizational data against unauthorized access.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, hardware inventory, and system configurations.
• IT Documentation: Prepare and maintain IT policies, SOPs, network diagrams, backup logs, access control records, and other relevant documentation.
• Pharmaceutical IT Compliance: Support IT compliance requirements related to Computerized System Validation (CSV), GxP, data integrity, and applicable regulatory standards.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Perform routine system health checks, software updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support, procurement, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Practical experience in network configuration, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Experience managing NAS storage, automated backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices, endpoint protection, access management, and data security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage IT operations independently and provide technical support to end users.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV), GxP guidelines, and data integrity principles applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated industrial environment.
• Familiarity with IT audit requirements, SOPs, change management, and incident documentation.
