Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement and maintain virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V) and containerization solutions.
• Develop and execute infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (99.9% uptime).
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (GxP, data privacy).
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and runbooks.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design through handover.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
