Job summary

Innvolution Healthcare in Bangalore is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join Corporate IT. You will manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

The role involves administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID, plus managing LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, VLANs and firewall systems. ISO 27001 compliance and IT security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers and virtualization.
• Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Strong networking knowledge including VPN, DNS, DHCP and Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Entra ID.
• Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and firewalls (SonicWall).
• Provide L2/L3 IT support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Oversee endpoint security, patching, backup and disaster recovery.
• Manage assets, vendors, licenses and infrastructure monitoring.
• Support ISO 27001 audits and IT security/compliance activities.
• Perform RCA and ensure SLA-based incident resolution.
• Assist in IT projects, migrations and network upgrades.
• DLP knowledge is an added advantage.
