AMroute LLC is seeking a Senior IT Delivery Recruiter to support and scale international hiring. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, delivering mid-to-senior level and niche talent across regions and time zones.

You will partner with leadership to design global sourcing strategies, manage compensation discussions, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting SLAs and delivery timelines.

About the Role

As we continue to expand our global business, we are seeking a Senior IT Delivery Recruiter to support and scale our international hiring operations. This role is critical to enabling our growth by delivering high-quality technical talent across regions, time zones, and technology domains.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, delivery ownership, and stakeholder partnership, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting global clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles supporting global business units and international clients.
• Deliver mid-to-senior level and niche technical talent across multiple technology stacks and geographies.
• Design and execute global sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social channels, and market intelligence.
• Assess candidates for technical capability, role alignment, and cultural fit within distributed teams.
• Manage compensation discussions, offers, and closures while minimizing candidate drop-off in competitive global markets.

Delivery & Workforce Planning

• Lead hiring delivery for assigned regions or business units, ensuring on-time fulfillment of open requirements.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning aligned to project demand, client needs, and growth forecasts.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support high-volume, high-priority, and time-sensitive hiring.
• Track and report hiring metrics, SLAs, turnaround times, and delivery performance to global stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Global Client Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and global stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs.
• Provide market insights, regional hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategy recommendations.
• Conduct regular review calls and status updates across time zones with internal and external partners.
• Ensure a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience across all global hiring activities.

Process Excellence & Compliance

• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, and delivery models.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring standards, regional labor practices, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely hiring data within ATS/CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and delivery, supporting complex technical roles.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and global hiring market dynamics.
• Proven success delivering mid-level, senior-level, and niche technical talent.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced or growth environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring for IT services, consulting, product, or staffing firms.
• Familiarity with offshore/onshore delivery models and distributed teams.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent forecasting, and recruitment analytics.
• Proven ability to mentor junior recruiters or lead delivery pods.
