Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Senior IT Application Specialist (Workday) to lead integrations and IT configuration for our global enterprise portfolio. You will design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations and Workday Studio solutions across HR, payroll, and workforce systems.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, and external partners in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, supporting international teams and ongoing process improvements. English fluency and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
• Hands-on Workday Studio experience.
• Experience in global enterprise environments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical specialist for Workday with primary responsibility for integrations and technical setup from the IT perspective.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including development using Workday Studio.
• Support application-side integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms such as Workforce Software, KMD Payroll Cloud, and other connected solutions.
• Collaborate with People & Organization (HR), Systems Integration teams, IT colleagues, and external partners to deliver stable and well-governed solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and continuous improvement activities related to Workday services.
• Expand knowledge of Workforce Software and related enterprise applications as responsibilities evolve.
