Novonesis is seeking an Application Specialist for LIMS transformation, focusing on Core LIMS configuration and delivery support across global labs. You will work with IT, quality, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the LIMS platform.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of relevant experience, hands-on LabWare LIMS, and a strong ability to collaborate across regions to drive successful delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, MBA or equivalent.
• Experience delivering application initiatives within LIMS environments.
• Hands-on LabWare LIMS experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the LIMS platform, including configuration, workflows, user access, security, and system settings.
• Provide application support and system maintenance, including performance monitoring and incident management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and deliver effective LIMS solutions.
• Support audits, validation activities, change control, SOP management, testing, and data integrity.

In this role, you will contribute to a global LIMS transformation program that is establishing a common platform to support future-ready Quality Control across 29 laboratories and approximately 8,500 analyses worldwide.The role & your impactAs an Application Specialist within the Tech & Solutions capability area, you will provide technical expertise and delivery support for the Core LIMS Configuration workstream within the global LIMS Program. The role combines hands-on execution with coordination responsibilities and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, laboratories, vendors, and IT teams across multiple regions.
