Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, CA, or ICWA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance roles.

Responsibilities

  • As the primary finance partner for assigned Line of Business leaders, support operating expense planning, controlling, reporting, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare business review meetings and consolidated forecasts.
  • Support annual budgeting by developing budget packages for leadership review and approval.
  • Deliver forecasts, performance reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support decisions.
  • Drive data-based decisions through quantitative analysis and stakeholder alignment.
  • Participate in projects to improve finance processes and efficiency.

Based in Bangalore, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders, delivering insights, financial planning, and performance analysis that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the organization.The role & your impactAs a member of the Business Finance India team within Corporate Shared Services, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders and finance leadership to drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business performance management. This role combines financial expertise, stakeholder management, and analytical insight to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.Your key responsibilities in this roleAct as the primary finance partner for assigned Line of Business leaders, supporting operating expense planning, controlling, reporting, and performance management activities.Collaborate with Business Finance leadership and business stakeholders to prepare and facilitate business review meetings and consolidated forecasts.Support the annual budgeting process by partnering with stakeholders to develop budget packages for leadership review and approval.Deliver accurate forecasts, performance reporting, business analysis, and actionable insights to support management decisions.Drive data-based decision-making through quantitative analysis, effective communication, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of finance processes.What you'll need to be successful in this roleMaster's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, CA, ICWA, or an equivalent qualification.Minimum 6-7 years of experience within Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a comparable analytical finance function in a multinational environment.Practical experience in financial management reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate results within defined timelines.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience partnering with senior business leaders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.High attention to detail while maintaining a broad business perspective.Additional skills & interests we valueExperience working with SAP, ERP platforms, or BI tools.A positive approach to change and a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to build sustainable relationships across functions and organizational levels.Strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to complex challenges.Interest in driving business performance through data and analytics.What we offer youAn opportunity to partner with senior leaders across global Operations functions, contribute to strategic decision-making, and work in a collaborative international environment.
