Job summary

Lifestyle Foods Private Limited in Bahalgarh, Sonipat (Haryana) seeks a Senior IPQA Executive to lead in-process quality assurance for spice manufacturing. You will perform real-time quality checks, ensure GMP/HACCP alignment, and maintain rigorous batch documentation on the shop floor.

Proven experience with external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC) and strong food-safety documentation is required. Male candidates preferred; role based at the Bahalgarh plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IPQA/QA experience in food manufacturing is mandatory.
• Experience in handling external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, customer audits) is required.
• Experience in spice manufacturing/FMCG food industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality checks during spice manufacturing and packing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
• Conduct shop-floor quality inspections and hygiene audits.
• Maintain IPQA records, batch documents, and quality reports.
• Handle external audits and support audit documentation & CAPA closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.
