Job summary

HomeLane is seeking an interior designer to manage assigned customers from initial consultation through final design and order booking, translating client requirements into practical, aesthetically pleasing concepts.

You will produce accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings while ensuring feasibility and coordinating with production, operations and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2-8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
• Basic site experience with installation feasibility.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.

• Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.

Required Expertise & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
• Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
