Job summary

Staging Spaces Design is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join the leadership team and drive design excellence across premium Residential and Commercial projects. You will collaborate with senior staff and managers to deliver outstanding design outcomes and lead client interactions.

The role requires 2+ years in residential/commercial interiors, strong AutoCAD skills, BOQ preparation, and a passion for mentoring the design team toward high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in 2D drafting with AutoCAD; basic 3D knowledge.
• Experience preparing BOQ for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining design quality.
• Leadership mindset with mentoring and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver design outcomes.
• Develop innovative designs for apartments, villas, luxury residences and corporate spaces.
• Lead client presentations and pitches for homeowners, investors, and corporate clients.
• Partner with BD and Client Solutions teams to manage key projects and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Mentor and motivate the design team, upholding design standards.
• Contribute to building a training program for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
• Develop innovative and functional designs for apartments, villas, luxury residences / corporate Spaces like Office spaces, Retail Brands, Hospitality etc.
• Lead client presentations and pitches, tailoring proposals to homeowners, investors / corporate clients.
• Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support growth initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring creativity, performance, and adherence to design standards.
• Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential / Commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in 2D drafting in AutoCAD and understand basics of 3D.
• Must have prepared BOQ for multiple projects & understand current market. ***
