Job summary

Livspace in India is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion, delivering turnkey homes with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and design excellence.

You will develop space plans, 3D concepts, BoQs, and technical drawings, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and mentor junior designers while keeping projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution.
• Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.

• Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure high-quality design deliverables while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
• Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building customer trust.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5years of experience in residential interior design.
