Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from initial concept development through final execution, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur includes meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and preparing detailed presentations. The designer will oversee construction drawings, coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, and manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation. Day-to-day responsibilities also include site visits, quality checks, timeline coordination, and mentoring junior designers to maintain design standards and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of construction processes for seamless project execution.
• Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
• Expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
• Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop) and MS Office for documentation and presentations.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end interior design projects, preferably in high-end residential or commercial work.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead design role is highly desirable.
