Qualifications

Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial spaces in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting detailed site assessments, collaborating with architects and contractors, and translating client requirements into functional, engineered interior solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing space plans, producing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee project coordination, manage timelines and budgets, guide junior team members, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each phase of the project.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to integrate aesthetics and engineering-led solutions.


• Strong proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for function, flow, and future adaptability.


• Hands-on experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings, including technical details and coordination with structural and MEP teams.


• Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing aligned with project standards and budgets.


• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.


• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.


• Proven track record managing interior projects from concept to completion, including vendor coordination and site supervision.


• Strong communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.


• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and conduct detailed measurements, assessments, and design reviews at project locations.
