Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Spoke Development.
• Experience building and maintaining API integrations across platforms.
• Experience with MID Servers and secure authentication mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flows, Subflows, and Custom Actions using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Build and support IntegrationHub integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and workflow solutions.
• Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot flow execution and performance issues.
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Spokes and manage their lifecycle.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Integration Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, API Integrations, and Spoke Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integrations and automation solutions across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

IntegrationHub & Flow Designer

• Design, develop, and maintain Flows, Subflows, and Custom Actions using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Build and support IntegrationHub integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and workflow solutions.
• Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot flow execution and performance issues.

Spoke Development

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Spokes for reusable integrations.
• Create and maintain custom Actions, Triggers, and Connection & Credential configurations.
• Manage spoke versioning, publishing, and lifecycle following ServiceNow best practices.

API & Integration Development

• Develop and support integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Web Services
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms including:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Basic Authentication
  • API Keys
• Handle data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.
• Configure and leverage MID Servers for enterprise integrations where required.

Automation & Orchestration
