Job summary

Siemens seeks a Senior Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions using C#/.NET. You will develop APIs and services (REST/OpenAPI) to enable interoperability across engineering tools and enterprise platforms.

The role involves implementing event-driven patterns with Kafka or similar, ensuring performance and reliability, and collaborating with architects and teams to translate workflows into technical integrations. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strong C# and .NET development experience.
• Proven API development and system integration experience (REST, messaging, event-driven).
• Experience integrating engineering tools such as EPLAN is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge of API security principles (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Fluent in English.

Job requirements/ skills:

• 5‑7 yrs of strong experience in C# and .NET development (core requirement).
• Proven experience in API development and system integration (REST, messaging, event‑driven).
• Experience integrating engineering tools or complex technical systems (EPLAN or similar is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge of API security principles (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work across IT and engineering domains.
• Fluent in English.
